Les Cadoles, Mácon Chardonnay 2021

A fifth generation winery, Les Cadoles takes its name from the ancient stone building, the "cadole", which sits above a river overlooking the sun-dappled vineyards. Les Cadoles Mácon Chardonnay 2021 is very clean, fresh and modern in comparison to its often overly-oaky tasting peers. Expressive notes of citrus fruits and white flowers give way to green apple, juicy pear and cream. A really impressive Burgundian Chardonnay which punches well above its weight.
